Basil & Mustard Salmon

Hmm...I think I had a problem making the salmon this time. It was a little too dry. The mustard coating was made well, if you like a lot of mustard. We had Ritz crackers sprinkled all over the top, which I was pretty excited for. When you actually bite into it though, you can't taste the crackers at all. Not even the crunchiness of the crackers. I had a bit of basil in the mustard coating, but the mustard overpowered the taste. Overall, I wasn't really a fan of this meal. I still have to try and figure out what to add to make it taste better. My husband liked it, but he could have been saying that to be nice. Haha, nah. He usually tells me the truth. I think it was more because he likes mustard.
